Frankie's Mexican Cuisine - Richardson, TX

Enjoy an authentic Mexican cuisine in Richardson or Sachse today! Brothers Frankie and Augustin Jimenez traveled to the states from Guanajuato, Mexico to bring their family's bold, beautiful Mexican flavors to us via their restaurant Frankie's Mexican Cuisine. Frankie's is home to authentic soups, hearty enchiladas, and homemade sauces from family recipes handed down from generation to generation. Besides the family recipes, Frankie's incorporates their own pizazz on classic Tex-Mex fares, pastas, and seafood. Everything is definitely worth trying!

Walk in, sit down, and enjoy a fiesta! Unlimited chips and salsas are placed at the table waiting for patrons to dive into. This will get one’s stomach excited for the main course. Frankie’s offers a wide variety of choices--even breakfast all day! Brunch lovers stop by Saturdays 11AM to 3PM or Sundays 10AM to 8PM to enjoy their exceptional brunch selections.

Before the main dish arrives, a complimentary tostadita is brought to each patron. A tostadita is a mini tostada that is topped with refried beans, salsa, lettuce, pico, sour cream, and cheese. This is just the first stage of were the greatness begin. Tex-Mex fans definitely try Frankie’s take on brisket enchiladas. These aren’t your normal every day enchiladas. Four nicely- sized corn tortillas stuffed with mashed potatoes and cheese; topped off with a huge helping of tender, mouth-watering shredded brisket. The brisket is seasoned with salt, pepper, sauteed mushrooms, and onions. What else can you ask for, right?!? SAUCE!!! The plate was decorated with creamy, not too spicy, poblano sauce so that every bite incorporates it. Yum! Seafood lovers chow down on Frankie’s take of shrimp enchiladas. Chipotle sauce covered a mound of delicious cheese enchiladas that were crowned with perfectly seasoned jumbo shrimp. A superb plate to try! Craving breakfast?!? Order up the Chilaquiles served with Mexican rice and refried beans. Scrambled eggs covered with melting cheese, sauteed onions, green chilies, diced tomatoes all layered with crunchy tortilla strips. Let your taste buds decide whether you want flour and corn tortillas to assemble the chefs masterpiece. Make sure to sprinkle it with Frankie’s warm homemade salsa. It’s like bringing breakfast to the dinner table Mexicana style.

Frankie's Mexican Cuisine is a nice place to wind down from a hard day at work or maybe family time. No matter what the occasion is, Frankie's will accommodate and meet all expectations. Monday - Sunday happy hour drink specials on selected Mexican specialties. Enjoy!
