Louie's - Dallas, TX

The famous Dallas street Knox-Henderson is home to an ever-changing landscape of fantastic eateries, antique shops, and hip bars. The trendy community nestled on the east Henderson side of Central Expressway in Dallas and has gone through many different changes since its mid-1990’s major revitalization. As one of the original and oldest premier shopping districts in Dallas, some businesses still have the original storefronts from the ‘20s. Take a jaunt down the long stretch from US-75 to Ross Ave and enjoy the tree-lined street with its many entertainment options.

Head East and you’ll pass by many flashy places vying for your attention, but once you get almost to Ross Ave, you’ll find by a small white building with few windows and one small sign-- Louie’s-- and you’ll feel right at home. This spot epitomizes the phrase “hole-in-the-wall” but this one has a delicious menu to chow down on for any eater in any mood. Louie’s is known for its thin crust pizzas, Texas-sized sandwiches, and highly concentrated cocktails.
